Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to quotations and the sale of goods and services by CompuSolve Pty Ltd.

General
All recommendations are based on information currently available to us and no responsibility is accepted for changes to availability or manufacturer's specifications. A delivery charge for goods may be incurred from CompuSolve to a Client’s site depending on easy access, size of delivery & availability of suitable parking nearby. Acceptance of a quotation, including any subsequent modifications, and placement of order(s) implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices are based on information currently available and are valid for 7 days. E & O E –Errors and Omissions Excepted.

GST
Goods & Services Tax is included where applicable. 

Order/Cancellation
An official order/deposit may be required prior to orders being placed.  Any cancellation or re-stocking fee(s) incurred by us, after placement of orders, may be passed on to the client.

Invoicing/Payment

  • Payment for all hardware, software & annual fees is due on signed order aceptance or on original supply/delivery/installation or anniversary of goods/service as negotiated. 
  • Payment for special orders is due with order.
  • Invoicing of product and services occurs at time of supply (including travel charges to and from site if relevant) for all work.
  • Training & support charges following a sale are billed on as-used basis and payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
  • Statements are issued as a courtesy only.
  • Note: All goods remain the property of CompuSolve until payment has been received and funds cleared by CompuSolve’s banking authorities.
  • Overdue Accounts will be placed with CompuSolve’s Solicitor.
  • Payments can be made by Cash, Cheque, Money Order, EFTPOS, Credit Card.

Warranty

Warranty is on a return to supplier basis or as stated on the invoice at time of sale. 

  • Repair or replacement is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • An item that has been mishandled, returned inadequately packed and/or otherwise interfered with by unauthorised personnel is not covered by warranty. 
  • The removal of any serial numbers, factory seals and/or warranty stickers will void warranty. 

Manufacturer's charges related to voided time delays or handling of warranty items will be passed on to the buyer.  Damage caused by operation outside of designated working and storage environments, power surges, fluctuations and interference, and external peripheral devices will not be repaired under warranty.

All Warranty Terms are as nominated by the Manufacturer unless specified otherwise on the quote sheet or invoice.

Loan Equipment – if applicable
All goods owned by CompuSolve and loaned to clients will be invoiced out at replacement price and a weekly charge will be made. Consumables used will also be charged.

No Liability for Loss/Damage
CompuSolve will not be liable for loss incidental and/or consequential damage caused by the use of products nominated herein.  This includes any loss of data resulting from equipment failure, time lost in downtime or subsequent extra charges caused by equipment failure.

Responsibility to ensure adequate back-ups are taken regularly lies with the buyer.
